Moment of Silence/Reflection Notification

• This quiet time will last at least one minute and no more than two minutes.
• During the moment of silence, students should remain seated and silent.
• Students are encouraged to pray, meditate, or engage in any other silent activity that does not disturb others.
• School staff will not direct or instruct students on how to use this time.

We encourage parents and guardians to talk with their children about how they might use this time to prepare for a positive and focused school day.
