Please Complete the Household Income Form

Our district is proud to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program, which allows us to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students.

To help our district continue receiving this important benefit, we need families to complete the Household Income Form (HIF).  The information collected through this form helps ensure our district remains eligible for the CEP program.

Completing the HIF is quick and follows the same process as Online Registration.

Please note: Only a parent or guardian listed in the primary household can submit the HIF.

Families receiving SNAP or Medicaid benefits do not need to complete the HIF.

To complete the HIF:
  1. Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  2. Click “More” on the left-hand menu.
  3. Select “Meal Benefits Applications.”
  4. Complete and submit the application.

Thank you for helping our district continue to provide free meals to all students!

High Attendance Day

We’re celebrating High Attendance Day on Wednesday, September 9!  This special day highlights the importance of showing up and being present at school. Students who attend will help our school compete for recognition and prizes while building strong habits that lead to success.

Let’s make it a day to remember—every student counts! We encourage all students to be here, on time, and ready to learn.

Caldwell County Primary School Grandparent Night

Join us for Grandparents’ Science Night on September 10 at Caldwell County Primary School! Students and their grandparents are invited to enjoy an exciting science show featuring Mark Comley. It will be an evening full of fascinating demonstrations and plenty of science to spark curiosity!

We look forward to welcoming our students and their grandparents for a memorable night of learning and fun!

Thank you to the HOPE Center for hosting this event!

Every School Day Counts!

Regular attendance is an important part of student success. As families plan for the 2026–2027 school year, please keep these attendance reminders in mind:
  • 5 Parent Notes: Each student may use up to 5 parent notes for absences each school year.
  • 5 Tardy Parent Notes: Students may also use up to 5 parent notes for tardies each year.
  • 3-Day Deadline: Parents and guardians have 3 school days after a student returns to school to submit an excuse for an absence.
Families should also be mindful of chronic absenteeism, which is defined as missing 10% of the school year—about two days each month—whether absences are excused or unexcused.

Every day matters. Every absence adds up. Let’s make every school day count!
